Processing Time

All items are made to order.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Bulk or custom orders: 5–14 business days

  • Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).


Shipping Time (U.S.)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

  • Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

  • Contact the carrier first.

  • Then contact us within 3 days for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.

  • Include photos of packaging and product.

  • We will evaluate and resolve promptly.
